Grants of up to $75,000 to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations in eligible counties for projects that improve mental health for local residents. Applicants must submit an LOI prior to applying. Funding is intended for creative faith-based activities with an emphasis on improving mental health. The Foundation's goal is to fund services that meet innovative and outcome-based requirements. Preference is given to projects serving South East Pennsylvania (Adams, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, York counties).

Successful grant proposals will typically be funded in the range of $25,000 – $75,000.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Requirements for grant applicants
- Must be a Section 501(c)(3) organization
- Faith based projects focused on improving mental health
- Proposal does not duplicate existing services
- Innovative with measurable outcomes
- Preference given to projects serving South East Pennsylvania (Adams, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, and York counties)
- Sustainable funding plan

Pre-Application Information:

The LMC Legacy Foundation is accepting grant applications twice a year through a grant interface website. Letters of Intent (LOI) are due December 31 or June 30 of each year.

Deadlines:
- December 31, 2021: Letter of Intent (LOI) due
- February 15, 2022: Pending board approval of submitted LOI, the full application is due.

- June 30, 2022: Letter of Intent (LOI) due
- August 15, 2022: Pending board approval of submitted LOI, the full application is due.
