WAS INCORPORATED ON JULY 29, 2005, FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFORMING AN ABANDONED SEPTA REPAIR STATION AT 3890 NORTH 10TH STREET INTO A MODEL COMMUNITY GATHERING SPACE, CONSTRUCTING THE LENFEST CENTER (THE "CENTER"). LOCATED IN THE HUNTING PARK SECTION OF NORTH PHILADELPHIA THE 52,000 SQUARE-FOOT LENFEST CENTER WAS DESIGNED AS A SAFE AND WELCOMING COMMUNITY- FOCUSED HUB OFFERING YEAR-ROUND RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER RESOURCES FOR NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN AND ADULTS TO LEAD HEALTHY AND FULFILLING LIVES. ON DECEMBER 21, 2014, 3890 NORTH 10TH STREET, L.L.C.
