Awards to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware business leaders in eligible regions to honor success in business. The purpose of this program is to recognize minority business leaders for community leadership and professional accomplishments. Eligible nominees must be a majority American Indian, Native of Alaska, Hawaii or Pacific Islands, Asian, African American, Hispanic or Latino, or Middle Eastern. Nominees must be headquartered in Greater Philadelphia. This includes:

  • Pennsylvania: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. 
  • New Jersey: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer and Salem counties.
  • Delaware: Kent and New Castle counties.

The Philadelphia Business Journal is seeking the region's most influential Diversity in Business awards. The program recognizes the Philadelphia region's top diverse business leaders based on demonstrated business success over the past 12 to 18 months. Nominations will be judged based on professional accomplishments, community leadership, philanthropy, as well as awards and milestones.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

- Nominees must be a majority American Indian, Native of Alaska, Hawaii or Pacific Islands, Asian, African American, Hispanic or Latino, or Middle Eastern.
- Multiple nominations are not allowed. Please only submit one nomination per person.
- Those who have been honored for this program in the past three years are not eligible to receive the award.
- Nominees must be headquartered in Greater Philadelphia.
