Grants to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individuals in eligible locations to address critical needs during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to respond to pandemic-related community challenges and to increase vaccination rates. The goal of the grant is to assist communities that have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. Funding will prioritize specific communities in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
Funds will be distributed as general operating support grants and will be awarded based on activities that provide direct relief to communities located in priority funding areas and toward projects addressing the funding priorities.

Grants for community-based organizations: Organizations may request grants ranging from $3,000 to $25,000. Grants for organizations with budgets greater than $2.5 million will be capped at $15,000 and will be accepted by invitation only.
Grants for Businesses: Businesses may request grants of $3,000 to $15,000 and will be accepted by invitation only.
Grants for individuals: Individuals may request grants up to $3,000 and will be accepted by invitation only.
