Grants to Pennsylvania nonprofit and transportation organizations, government and Tribal agencies, and for-profits for projects that promote clean transportation use. Funding is intended to support securing, installing, and overseeing equipment that will be available 24 hours a day for the environmentally-friendly fuel charging of electronic vehicles.

The project period will begin upon execution of a grant agreement and end 24 months later. Projects without an executed site host agreement within 12 months of the date of the execution of the grant agreement will be subject to termination by DEP.
