Grants to Pennsylvania organizations for programs and projects to address critical needs in eligible communities. Funding is intended for programs and projects within the focus areas of community services, housing solutions for the homeless, housing and economic development, and public works. Eligible programs benefit the residents of Chester County.
The goals of the RFP are to:
Community Services Activities: Will support emergency shelter, community-based supportive services, permanent supportive housing and other services that encourage housing and economic stability targeted to assist very low, low-moderate income and individuals and families at risk of or literally experiencing homelessness.
Housing & Community Construction Activities: The grant will support affordable permanent housing activities and community construction activities targeted to assist very low, low-moderate income and individuals and families at risk of or literally experiencing homelessness.
