Residencies to USA curators and artists to create new work, research, collaborate, and study art in eligible locations in Russia. Artist residencies are a month in duration, and curator residencies are two weeks in duration. Applicants will be accepted from all disciplines, however preference will be given to artists and curators working in the fields of socially engaged and public art. Residencies will take place in St. Petersburg.
Each residency is individually designed to enable visiting artists and curators to learn about the Russian arts community, develop their own work, and share information about their work and other cultures with local audiences.
Review Criteria
All applications are evaluated by an independent interdisciplinary review panel comprised of international arts professionals based on the following criteria:

Residencies take place between July 1, 2021 and February 28, 2022.
