Grants to New Jersey and Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for capacity building projects. Funding is intended to improve the operational, financial, organizational, and programmatic maturity of organizations, so they may more effectively and efficiently advance their missions.
Applications will be accepted from organizations that operate within the geographic region covered by the Princeton Area Community Foundation, defined as follows:

- Capacity-building grants are up to $50,000.
- Multi-year grants are up to $150,000.
- Planning grants are up to $10,000.
- All awarded grants will include an additional 15% for overhead costs.
- Capacity building grants are for one year.
- Multi-year grants are for up to three years.
- Organizations may only apply once per grant cycle.
