Grants to Pennsylvania and New Jersey organizations for arts education, general operating support, and arts creation and presentation in eligible regions. The purpose of funding is to support local arts and culture organizations, provide children in grades K-12 with exposure to the arts, and encourage projects or programs that emphasize diverse and culturally relevant art produced in an inclusive and equitable way. Organizations located in and programs taking place throughout the six-county region (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Camden, NJ) are eligible for funding, though most funding will focus on the City of Philadelphia.

Arts Presentation and Art Making grantees that are not eligible for general operating support through the Arts and Culture Hubs strategy may be awarded up to an additional 10% to cover overhead costs, not to exceed $100,000.
Typically, an Arts and Culture Hubs grant is awarded for three years (36 months).
